Welcome to Denny Training. Since 1980, we have been providing customised business skills training and personal development programmes across Warwick, London, Gloucestershire and across the UK to refresh skills, build confidence, and motivate people. In early 2000, we introduced our highly credited one and two day business skills training programmes, helping individuals develop their skills through workshops and seminars.

Our founder, the late Richard Denny, was a business growth specialist, motivational speaker and author who was passionate about getting results. We hope that we can carry on his legacy throughout Warwick, London and the UK by offering quality business training courses to develop employee skills, and help your business to grow and succeed.

Managing Director

Judith’s background is that of a broadly experienced Director/Manager/Administrator who has developed systems and procedures over a wide range of industries and led successful sales and customer service teams. She worked with Richard Denny from the mid ‘90s and from 2005 was CEO of the Group until Richard’s death in November 2016.
In her role as MD of Denny Training Judith is trusted by clients and colleagues alike as someone committed to customer service and performance. She oversees the delivery of training and is the main point of contact for both clients and prospects.


Senior Training Adviser

Bob has a 30 year background of practical, front line experience in Sales, Sales Management, Coaching & Skills Development.
Working with Denny Training for almost 20 years, he facilitates programmes in Leadership, Business Development and related skills – Negotiation, Presentations, Customer Service and Personal Effectiveness. Clients come from virtually every business sector, including engineering, supply chain & manufacturing through to agriculture, horticulture, retail and the financial services sector.
Experienced and motivational as a people developer and coach, he brings considerable expertise & specialism to deliver challenging & interactive Skills Development programmes, with a total focus on generating results for his clients and making training an investment rather than a cost.


Consultant / Trainer

Phil helps businesses develop by improving the skills and knowledge of their people. Ultimately, that is where their competitive edge is found. He does this by designing and delivering training which is easy to apply, and which helps generate improved financial results. His specialist area being finance, he can ensure everyone understands what improved financial performance looks like – and so they can understand what the finance director is talking about.
Phil’s job is to check everyone wants to learn new things and then check that everyone has learnt them. The key to learning is to enjoy it – and we help everyone do that. There are not many people who can find the humour in a Balance Sheet – Phil usually can! Making sure people have understood is also important, so we make sure learning is applied to new situations, through practice and case studies which make the tactical practical.

Mike Kirkham is a highly experienced, successful and inspirational training consultant with excellent presentation mentoring and facilitation skills. Mike has general management, leadership and sales management experience at executive level with a major UK Corporate. Mike has also managed teams of up to 450 people over wide geographic areas. He has a proven history of delivering ‘performance through people’ with an inspirational, passionate and enthusiastic style.
For the last 18 years this background has enabled Mike to evaluate client needs, and design and deliver training across a large number of training disciplines to organisations ranging from SMEs to major international corporates and also the Public Sector. Mike’s extensive knowledge and experience means he professionally manages client relationships and training projects with ease.

Christine has extensive and current experience in the commercial world and private sector, looking at the core performance improvement areas in the employment cycle on a personal, team and organisational level.
Her strength is ensuring that critical issues are identified and addressed that have either a positive or negative impact on performance in the workplace. Her pragmatic approach, enhanced by creative flair, provides an objective focus with a fresh perspective. She brings calm and clarity to confused situations and ensure positive progress is made in achieving the required business goals.
She is now also a renowned public speaker who regularly presents at International Conferences, is an approved external speaker for the BBC and a Professional Member of the PSA.

Graham is a fully qualified trainer, mentor and coach. Having spent nearly forty years working in the private and public sector Graham has built up a wealth of experience in the areas of leadership and management, sales, communication and customer service.
He is absolutely dedicated to people development and helping people to be the best version of themselves they can be. Graham will work with you to establish your organisational needs and deliver a bespoke solution to achieve the outcomes you desire.

Mandy Meadway is an EMCC accredited executive coach, trainer and facilitator with a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Development. Having worked for Visa Europe for 14 years as a Sales & Relationship Manager, she focused her communication and relationship building skills on passionately helping others to fulfil their potential.
Mandy delivers the full range of Denny Training courses to the satisfaction of both client and delegate. She also coaches clients to greater success and/or to overcome difficult situations. Her coaching style is always honest, supportive and non-judgmental whilst challenging clients to address areas of development in a positive way.
