So, what else is new? What our Nation needs in particular is financial reform and not at the hands of the same players but of the people whom they are suppose to serve. The people need to stand up and support community leaders who are working hard for checks and balances in our government and banking.

I couldn't agree more.

Many organisations pay bonus on activity rather than accomplishment.

Having said that I think the fat cats who received the bonus did nothing AND accomplished nothing too!
