Are we being conned?
We do know the ice caps are melting, we do know that the sea is going to rise by a realistic maximum of 2 metres. So, what does our government do? Ignore what needs to be done in the medium to long term and tax us more to spend money on foreign intervention that we can all do without. If all the money being spent in Iraq and Afghanistan was being invested in a UK plan to deal with the climate change, we and our children’s children would all be safe.
