I believe we are seeing it more because we are looking into ourselfs more. We want to know. I dont think past generations knew to look or wanted to.

I’m curious as to what it is about change that you think has put us in this self-confidence crisis? We are living in a very different time than our parents, not only techonologically speaking, but the pace of life and all we think we have to do in life. The beliefs we grew up with have a huge impact as to how we are showing up now. Unless people address those limiting beliefs about themselves, I don’t think there will be much change in their self-confidence. I do agree that without action there will be no forward movement. Thank you for sharing
