Do u spend all your time e-mailing?
Email has become the worlds biggest time waster. What is possibly one of the finest communicating tools ever created has now become the biggest thief of our most valuable resource, time.
If our work is interrupted by an email it takes approximately 4 minutes to get back on track. So just 15 emails a day can be one hour lost!
A few tips are as follows:-
Only give your email address to a person if you really want to hear from them.
Make sure you are not copied on anything that a colleague could either pick up the phone or walk across the office to speak to you about.
Just remember your most valuable resource is the Bank Account called Time You cannot invest in it, you can only withdraw and you never know how much you have left, so why on earth are you letting other people steal from your Bank Account? Get tough.
