Training and Recruitment Manager required for large energy supplier, paying a basic of up to £50,000 to plus 15% bonus, £,6,000 car allowance, package £63,500 + final salary pension scheme and excellent benefits.

Location: North East
Our client, one of the ‘big 6’ energy suppliers, seeks a Training and Recruitment Manager, responsible to the Customer Services Director for providing direction and leadership for the business for all matters relating to Training and Recruitment including defining and delivering the overall strategy for operational training and people development in addition to co-ordinating all recruitment activity. This includes accountability for the development and implementation of a succession planning strategy, and responsible for the provision of leadership and direction to operational training and recruitment teams and managing relationships with third party providers of training, development and recruitment.
Industry experience preferred as legal and regulatory compliance will be a responsibility but you will certainly come from a blue chip commercial environment and, with a departmental budget of £3.5m pa and 90FTE will be able to evidence a successful career at senior level.
