- Change & Strategy Manager - £55k - £64kpa – London based
Our client is one of the UK’s largest energy companies and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, is one of Europe's largest energy groups. The company is organized into three branches, Customers Branch, Energy Branch and Networks Branch. We are on their behalf recruiting for a variety of roles to include a Change and Strategy Manager opportunity, which will be in connection with their Networks Branch.
Job Title – Change & Strategy Manager
Salary - £55k - £64kpa

Location – London Based
The Change & Strategy Manager is responsible for translating the Networks Branch strategic vision, into a tangible picture of the proposed future state, with prioritised objectives that set the direction for future change, ensuring that all business activities and change initiatives are aligned to the strategic vision and priorities of the company , with an annual budget: £0.5+ million per annum.
The successful candidate is likely to have a background covering Strategy, Business Architecture (process and data related), Technology and Change Management, be qualified to degree level or equivalent business experience, and have considerable experience of senior Stakeholder Management, to include a thorough practical knowledge of programme and project management.
You will possess the following attributes:
•Excellent knowledge and experience of the Networks business within the regulated and unregulated environment.
•Experience of and highly skilled in communicating with and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
•Experience of developing and implementing business strategies.
•Experience of designing cross directorate performance measures and targets (aligned to the Network’s strategy) and therefore capable of defining measures and targets relevant for our client’s company.
•A proven track record of successfully designing, managing and delivering complex change projects/programmes.
•Deep experience of business case development and financial analysis.
•Experience of delivering change through the coordination of disparate business resources.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
