National Sales Manager – basic to £60,000pa, package to £75,000pa - Staffordshire

The National Sales Manager will have a strong understanding of the UK HES Market, coupled with a proven track record of successful internal stakeholder management. and will be able to give evidence a successful sales career at senior level. You will have experience of planning and implementing sales strategies and working closely with internal senior stakeholders.

National Sales Manager required for subsidiary of large energy supplier, selling gas and electric central heating systems and ancillary services, paying a basic of £50,000 to £60,000 plus 15% bonus, £6,000car allowance, final salary pension scheme and excellent benefits.

Our client, one of the ‘big 6’ energy suppliers, seeks a candidate for a new role, responsible to the Head of Sales and Marketing for all sales and marketing activities within the sector, which supplies and installs central heating systems and sells added value products of repair, service and warranty.

With direct reports of 3 x Regional Sales Managers, a Channel Manager, a Sales Call Centre Manager and overall responsibility for 60+ field sales force, the jobholder will be targeted on gross sales in the order of £30M pa, profit margin and customer churn rates, plus the efficiency of the call centre (calls handled, conversion rate).
