Business Development Manager - up to £35k OTE £42k – Birmingham

Business Development Manager required for growing PR and Marcoms agency based in central Birmingham who are looking to bring their business development in-house.


Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £35,000
Package: OTE £42,000
Location: Birmingham

Responsible for new business development you will identify new opportunities, create a marketing and business development strategy and then carry out said strategy through direct marketing, e-marketing and telemarketing campaigns.

You will also work closely with the team putting together the pitch once the appointment has been attained and assisting in the pitch during new client meetings. In addition, you will manage relationships with external agencies to include marketing and PR suppliers.

Profile: Proven background in business development to include full sales cycle
Ability to identify opportunities through marketing expertise and analysis
Proven background in targeted sales approach including telemarketing
Ability and experience of pitching preferably in a collaborative team style
