Description

Dynamic and progressive accountancy and business advisory firm is looking for an Accounting & Business Advisory Manager based from their Guildford office. With outstanding growth over the past decade this is an exceptional opportunity to develop your career in one of the top firms in the UK.

You will manage a small portfolio of significant clients by over-seeing the management accounts and ensuring other reports are prepared accurately and by the required deadlines. You will recognise areas for improvement in the client’s systems and make recommendations to the clients accordingly. Particular focus should be placed on how technology can be used to streamline existing processes. Your will enable your team to perform their duties to a high standard and in a timely manner and ensure that proper feedback is given to them.

You are ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience with at least 2 of those spent within a management role. You have the ability to work closely with a range of clients and have strong accounting and IT skills. You area strong communicator with proven experience of building strong relationships in a client-facing role. You should also have commercial awareness and use your initiative and possess a desire to develop and take on more responsibility.
