This course is suitable for junior and middle managers, team leaders, supervisors and those recently promoted or likely to be promoted into any management or leadership role.

Date & Venue
The next workshop is scheduled for: Thursday, 23rd February, 2012 and will held at the University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL. The cost is £350 plus VAT per delegate, or £325 plus VAT if two or more delegates come from the same business.
