Terms and Conditions Payment will be made when a referral successfully completes three months in the role. For interim assignments, referral bonuses will only be paid on assignments lasting a minimum of three months. Only one bonus will be paid for each referral. No cash reward will be given; referrers may select £300 worth of vouchers from John Lewis or Virgin. Referrers may not be employed by or associated with the Richard Denny Group, nor may they be employed by or associated with the client recruiting the position.
