- Richard Denny – Beekeeper, skier, horse rider, sailor and works harder than anybody else, so he says!
- John Fitz-Gibbons – Managing Director. When we are able to interrupt him screaming around a motorcycle racetrack, John is in demand with many of our Clients helping them to develop business strategies and people.
- Judith Harker – Operations Director. “If you want something doing, ask a busy person”. Judith exemplifies this saying. Trusted by clients and colleagues, and passionate about customer service and performance, a cross between a pussycat and a Rotweiller!
- Alan Frame – Specialises in coaching and mentoring the basic rules of effective management, delivered in a no nonsense, pragmatic and common sense style but with a light touch.
- Bob Wilson – A master trainer of sales, customer care and leadership. Principal of the Business Academy, he also runs the company lottery which we are still waiting to win!
- Phil Ingle – Phil works with a wide variety of businesses focussing on increasing sales and making management more effective, specially working to ensure training is fully implemented. Another mad, fast biker who has also finished a marathon.
- Christine Marsh – Christine travels the world as a facilitator, coach and consultant with extensive experience in research, design and delivery of performance improvement projects. Christine has shredded more than the T-shirt!
- Nick Baldock – Nick believes we can all achieve anything in life if we really want to. For someone who not so long ago ran 2850 miles from San Francisco to New York, he certainly leads by example!
- Mike Kirkham – Mike’s enthusiasm for food and wine (the best results are often obtained by matching simple ingredients together and cooking them very well) is replicated in his speciality, providing business solutions that deliver increased performance.
